1 September 2010 - The Commission is undertaking a series of Interim Electoral Reviews. We will update the Reviews In Progress page as they progress.
31 August 2010 - We've created short Quick Guides on Electoral Reviews and Local government in Scotland which can be downloaded from the Publications page.
30 August 2010 - We've added a new Information Paper entitled Electoral Reviews: Guidance which can be downloaded from the Publications page.
26 July 2010 - Scottish Ministers have reappointed Peter Mackay as Chairman, and both Brian Clark and Paula Sharp as members of the Commission. The appointments of all 3 were due to end on 31 October 2010, and will now continue to 31 October 2013. Full details of the members of the Commission are on the section of the website headed The Commission.
15 July 2010 - The Commission's Annual Report for 2009-10 is now available in the Publications section of our website, or can be downloaded as a PDF file from here

18 June 2010 - The Commission has issued a joint statement with the Boundary Commission for Scotland clarifying that its reviews do not affect constituency boundaries. The statement is available on the Publications page, or can be downloaded as a PDF file from here

14 May 2010 - We've moved office - just a few hundred yards to Thistle House, 91 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD. Our new address is also at the bottom left of each page on the website. Our phone numbers and email addresses have not changed. We will update the address recorded on our various publications.
