This page contains links to the various outputs from the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland's Fourth Statutory Review of Electoral Arrangements which took place between 2004 and 2006 as required by the Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004. That Review resulted in the introduction of a total of 353 multi-member wards for Scottish local authorities, returning a total of 1222 councillors. Those wards replaced the 1222 single-member wards defined in 1998 by the Commission's Third Statutory Review of Electoral Arrangements.
